Who We Are

Our firm represents clients in recovering government-held unclaimed funds. Those funds come from a variety of government sources including unclaimed refunds, uncashed checks, mineral rights, and overpayments.  In most states, unless monies are claimed in a timely manner the money will escheat to the government and cannot be claimed.  It pays to act as quickly as possible to recover your funds.

Where We Work

Our firm works nationally. Our physical office is in Radnor, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia.

Our Story

Our principal, Robert Diamond, Esquire, an attorney since 1995, has represented many persons and entities owed monies in the course of his law practice.

The concept for the Remington Law Firm practice arose when Mr. Diamond became aware that local, county and state agencies were holding significant monies properly belonging to individuals and institutions.  Surprisingly those owed the money rarely knew there were any monies to claim.

Thus all too frequently, the funds were never claimed – instead being forfeited to the government because the rightful owners never applied for the funds.

And occasionally funds are fraudulently claimed by dishonest people if they are left sitting and attract the attention of fraudsters.

Mr. Diamond founded this firm dedicated to discovering and recovering those funds on behalf of those owed the monies.

Our Founder

Attorney Robert Diamond is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania (since 1995) and is a Graduate of Temple University School of Law (J.D. 1995).  He is also a 1987 graduate of Villanova University. His practice is almost entirely focused on unclaimed funds.

How We Work…

Our firm investigates to locate funds owed to our clients and then recovers the funds.  We are able to recover funds throughout the United States.  We are licensed in Pennsylvania and use state licensed attorneys as needed in other states.

We work on a contingent fee basis with our clients.

We recognize that many law firms frustrate clients by moving slowly and communicating poorly.  By focusing on one small niche in the law we are generally able to provide efficient professional service.
